Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, so you deserve the perfect venue.
Known for its idyllic gardens, Kew Gardens is a botanical paradise just outside the hustle and bustle of London. It's also a magical wedding venue, with a variety of spaces to choose from, all with stunning views of the gardens.
A combination of the individual venues can be used to create a day you'll never forget. The Nash Conservatory can play host to the ceremony, guests can then move to the Princess of Wales Conservatory for pre-dinner drinks followed by a reception in the Orangery.
The Nash Conservatory
Capacity: 200 guests
With floor to ceiling windows and pitched roof, the Nash Conservatory is a glass 'chapel' of dreams, perfect for a wedding ceremony. The blank canvas simplicity of the space means you can add your own ideas when it comes to decoration, or keep it simple and allow the views of the gardens to do the talking.
Cambridge Cottage
Capacity: 80
Cambridge Cottage is the formal Royal Residence of the Duke of Cambridge and became part of the gardens in 1904. It is a more traditional space, suited to small indoor or outdoor ceremonies (British weather dependent!). The rooms inside the cottage open out onto a private garden which can be used for canape and drinks receptions and of course, all important photos.
The Orangery
Capacity: 400
As seen in a number of on-screen weddings, including Sherlock, the Orangery is a beautiful, 18th building that was originally filled with citrus trees. With high ceilings and arched windows looking out over the gardens, the room is filled with natural light and makes a stunning choice for a reception.
Princess of Wales Conservatory
Capacity: 200
This striking, angular conservatory is a strong contrast to the more traditional spaces within the gardens. With a beautiful backdrop of botanical wonders, the glasshouse is ideal for pre-dinner drinks, giving guests a chance to explore all it has to offer before the reception.
